At Throsby, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Show no signs of damage caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
